BSNL FTTH as of now

I am on Rs 499 plan @ 60 Mbps.

I am using a TP Link WiFi repeater/Extender yet getting the above speed.
The speeds on the wireless extender are decent.

However, if you're prioritizing speed, it's recommended to connect the extender in wired mode. Verify if your extender has a LAN port for wired setup or consider configuring an old router as a wired extender.

Now days after the IFTV related activities I am also facing a speed issue and latching issue.. Some times the internet banking is not working with BSNL. I am planning to close my connection however the area BSNL office is keep on convincing me for retention. These IFTV is also not going to be successful considering the price factor. I don't know whether BSNL guys are still realising the market competition. I took BSNL because those days not all broadband connections are available at my location. Now I am seeing a good network providers availablity at my area.

It's probably due to local wires that is being used for transmission which is hanging on the pole's and someone's building that hard to repair by vendor due to no complaints. I think you should complaint about it or otherwise if no solution. Try to check all Fiber related companies plans and benefits that switch to them in the nxt month.

Even the landline is not working since last one week. Complaint but they didn't resolve or respond so far. Our LCO carries three different networks through same optical wire, except BSNL other two works good. I guess BSNL aged guys are not interested to retain the customers.
