Any idea how many sites have been installed in Karnataka?

I think govt. is neglecting Karnataka bcz of different ruling party. Still there is no IFTV service from bsnl broadband in Karnataka.

Even though getting 4g signals, but Coudn't able to make Calls despite VoLTE is turned and showing up. Only incoming calls are working no outgoing.

Similarly issue facing in Bengal Circle too. Volte turned on but no outgoing call. Had to turned of Volte

Now people can officially view the cell towers info nearby their location easily and opt for better provider through this portal.

Having tower doesn't mean great service at your end. Airtel having three towers near my home and all them are choked. Vodafone just has one tower since five years and it's performing like beast.
