Okkk so for that i have to buy chromecast, will it serve my purpose of browsing and casting my phone browser to it..??

Native casting from Android browser is not supported on all websites. You must use screen mirroring feature even in Chromecast.

One for help is there any other device (like any wifi receiver type ) or any other way to just cast mobile ( like browser and youtube ) on normal tv..

easily u can cast Youtube videos from youtube app from moble to tv using firestick
