Hey guys,

I bought a new router from Amazon, as we shifted home recently. I have just completed the installation and I'm happy with the product.

Model: Netgear WNR614 N300
Price: 1190

Setup:

It was easy. As soon as we connect the laptop with the Ethernet cable and open web browser the router login page appears. From here, it's the normal process of setting up the internet login details (I use pppoe mode). And then setting up the ssid and password for wireless access.

Range:

Range is really good. We are in a 3 bedroom flat and all the rooms are covered with full signal. The signal is coming till 3rd floor, we stay in 5th floor.

Speed:

My connection is 50mbps and I'm getting around the same speed on WiFi with 3-4 devices connected.

Congratulation Bro :)

Congratulations for the new router Siva bro! :tup

Nice detailed review, the interface looks very nice. Wish i could get something like that with my D-Link router. Unfortunately, not.

By the way, why put router in such an odd place? :shy (3rd pic)

Yeah I was using DLink DIR 600M, the interface was pretty ordinary.

It's rented house bro, can't run too many wires all over the place. This is the easiest place to install without making any holes in the wall!

Congratulations... Why are there so many cables??

Two cables, one for power and another for internet. That big chunk is extra internet cable!
