nitish 2nd position and cong 4th position. lalu only casteism leader. not good leader. lalu won because he told only against gen caste. many people haven't money for fill exam forms but govt doesn't help poor gen caste people. if one (st/sc) class officer's child study govt give many facilities. but when one poor gen caste study no facilities for him
