Vi VoLTE in Bihar circle?

Can anyone here confirm if Vi has VoLTE in Bihar circle? Right now I'm traveling in Bihar and I'm not getting VoLTE. While calling 4G switches to 2G. My SIM is from UP East where I was getting VoLTE. And anything we need to do to activate VoLTE if going out of native circle?

Yes, there's no Vi Volte in Bihar/Jharkhand. Only those with Idea sim get Volte. Earlier other circle's Volte used to work there but now it doesn't.
