No. Its complimentary, if utilized.
U mean if not utilized, it would get nullified every month?

Between AirFibre and Fibre, which one is good?
Today I denied opting for Normal Fibre, as my area has infrastructure and demanded AirFibre only to install.

Fiber (wired) connection is obviously better. AirFiber won't give you the best stability in ping and speed, and especially upload speed. Also, AirFiber is having 1TB data cap, while Fiber got 3.3TB data cap. So, there is pretty big difference.

AirFiber is good only for those areas where Fiber is not available and there is low chances of its arrival anytime soon.

Nullified every month. Opt fiber over airfiber, if available in your area.
I opted for AirFiber only as I'm in rented home thinking i can relocate the device easily, and if I get good indoor 5g network, then i don't need wifi.

Earlier from last 2 years, i was using Jio 5g network to connect 3-4 devices like laptop, tv, alexa etc. It was very cheap and convenient. But now in my current location none of the Sim providing better indoor coverage.

My new Airfiber + dth connection installation is done successfully with Rs.699/- plan. I had paid 2.5k advance for 3 months with free installation.

I could see Rs. 2000/- in DTH account and not sure if I reduce the channel will it extend my validity. Currently it shows around 5 months validity. Can someone please guide here..

Rs.413 Plan = Rs.350+ 18% GST

I'm seeking help urgently!!

I need to cancel ❌ my Airtel xtream AirFibre plan immediately as I'm not getting good service and the connection goes out atleast 4-5 times a day for more than 2-3 working hrs.

The issue is not been addressed from last 2 days and they just try to reboot the device everytime when I reach out customer service.

What's the process and since I paid 2.5k advance amount for next 3 months, how much money I can get back.

This is why everyone in the forum said you not to opt for AirFiber. If you have optical fiber (cable connection) in your area, it is more reliable compared to AirFiber.

AirFiber is mostly preferred in rural areas due to no feasibility of optical fiber connections.

The issue got resolved by the technician on the same day i posted here.

The issue was due to the installation guys who installed the ODU to IDU with the old existing ACT cable which was swelling water inside without my consent. They were busy in watching reals and talking in phone without dedicated work.

Due to this on same day itself router adapter got malfunctioned and replaced with new in few hours. And the new adapter was also getting short circuit during afternoon.

The service technician was very helpful and he is 30+ years experienced and he replaced old cable with new, and also raised a complaint against installation guy to not repeat again for any new installation.

From last 3 days no more internet issue and speed is upto my cap.
