Backlight :1 to 20
Brightness :48
Contrast : 40 to 45
Saturation: 45 to 50
Color saturation can be set anywhere between 45 to 50. At 45 colors look more natural. At 50 colors looks a bit punchy. But still its a personal preference.
What i do is,
First i restore default (standard) color settings. Then i customize only them which is really necessary..
I just changed backlight and contrast from standard 100 to 80 because it was effecting my eyes and rest of them kept unchanged.
You can't get the best option because different channels has different color grading.. For example, I get better picture quality on Sony's sports channels than Star Sports..
