BCCI definitely is a direct beneficiary from all this, apart from the BCCI, DD may also get get involved, once a major series comes nearby, citing high subscription cost and thus unavailability of the telecast to majority of homes, DD might file up yet another petition in the name of 'Public Interest' and get back live telecast of matches on their channels on Private DTH and Cable TV Homes (Channels that are currently blocked during the telecast).
