I agree, but we don't have players like that to play in India to play for so long. Tell me one. Don't tell me Vihari. He is injured. Mostly current players under 25-28 from domestic circuit play with a strike rate of 60-80. Pujara strike rate is below that. We need to develop players like Pujara from now on for this decade. Baba Aparajith/Unmukt Chand was one, but faded away in IPL glamour. Sometimes you have to pick players on Talent and not performances in domestic circuit. Generally South Indians players are good players of spin, but I don't see any now a days. Shaikh Rasheed is good one. We should invest in him. Tell me if you have more. Tamil Nadu another batsman is there. I forgot his name.
BCCI should invest in dust pitches in NCA and introduce coaches like Badrinath in NCA for spin bowling batting. Not everything should be about IPL.
