Shankar should play always in playing X1 .. No.4 is suitable place for him to bat .
Shanker or Hardik is not good enough for 4/5. We need a proper batsman at #4, but currently Rayudu is not playing well.
India settled for Rayudu for WC almost an year back but suddenly feeling the heat due to his poor form and poor fielding and fitness. India should've tried more players but now it is very late.

Should have not dropped Shreyas Iyer. He was good enough.

Khawaja looking in sublime touch. That's what confidence does! Indian bowlers are very generous and erring in lines early into the game! In Delhi, I think there weren't many instances of totals above 250 being chased. I remember only one game in WC 1996, when Sri Lanka chased around 270, but that was a day game! Sachin scored a century in that match!

Dhawan,Rohit & Virat Are Quick Strikers. When top 2 or 3 wickets fell quickly Shankar can give some stability by rotating strike and needed boundaries at times.
If Top 3 played well Then Hardik or Dhoni or jadhav(if) will come at 4 for pinch hitting.
No 4 will be Most promising Place, where batsman should hold the Innings, but We not found best batsman in that place.
