Seeking Help Apple MacBook Air or Apple MacBook Pro: Which to Buy?

Hi guys,

My uncle is looking to purchase a new Apple MacBook, he is confused between which one to go for. He needs one for his office work and which he can bring home and also use while traveling for casual use.

I suggested him to either go for MacBook Air Retina or MacBook Pro. I guess 13" is enough for him.

I need help in seeking which one is better with features and specs. I never used Mac so i dont have much knowledge.

I have MacBook Pro 13" 2017 model (hardly use these days though). It is good. MacBook Air will come at lesser cost.

I am using Macbook Air 11". Smaller size, light weight.

Mine is Pro 15" inch. Everything is perfect except for the heating. It heats up hell like anything. @Bapun Raz You have any heating issues?

@Anish Pai Go for Pro if budget is not a concern.

Right bro, if i use it excessively (not as much as Windows though), then it heats up insanely.

I have few other issues rare bugs too on my MacBook Pro which exist from more than two years, reported to Apple by thousands of users yet remained unsolved. Major one is, Apple Store is unusable on my MacBook Pro. They push updates every month, i update with the hope of having this resolved but no luck ever.
