It depends on the device and also the version you are currently on. I was in 13.5.1.

Hmm.. mine is 13.1.2 yesterday was showing update for 13.5.1 now today showing 13.6
I yet to update since no wifi connection

That explains it. You missed a bunch of updates! That is why your changelog is also different.
