To retain the customers, mobile service providers extend more benefits to existing customers. I called up Vodafone CC few days back asking about the procedure of MNP. I am sincere Vodafone post paid customer for 11 years.
Immediately a senior manager called me, and offered more free minutes and SMS if I continue with them. I still continue with Vodafone.
Anyone have such experience ? Please share here, this will help others to negotiate.
