I knew about Bilibili, but it was only available in Chinese. Now it's in English as well.

Yep they launched recently in South East Asia with English and Thai subtitles. Next will be Vietnamese, Malay subtitles..

SEA people are lucky first iQIYI, now Bilibili.. Indian OTT also should try like this. Hope that your upcoming animei will be legal streaming service like those services.

Yep checked Thailand location, all animes are working. (Old and simulcast both).
