Cells at Work is good show. It helps u to gain biology knowledge.. If you love biology then must watch for u. But if you hate it, then it can be boring for you.

Sony the owner of Funimation don't care about Indian region..
I think Sony has stake in Bilibili also, they could've easily added those simulcast animes etc on Sony LIV. But they don't care about India.

funny thing is yuri is trending in twitter India
bro frgt to inform regarding that after seeing cells at work remembered about ozzy & drix animated series about white blood cell & blood ( earlier used to air in CN India long back) . In cells at work they show accurate information with comedy & action it was same with ozzy & drix , zzy drix was made in early 2000s with les budget with less accurate info but with good plot - towards small kids they even showed body host life in each episode along with inside life fought by ozzy &Drix which made it lil confusing but fr kids animated series it was nt bad.
In contrast Cells at work solely focus on inside body life each cell , rbc , wbc and has plays unique role and dont focus on host it helps to understand and enjoy the show .Compared to it when you watch this show you wont get bored and even learn about biology aspects how each germ affect us how its difficult for each cell to fight them. you'll do like the cells at work anime
