they are definitely lucky compared to them here in India for south Asia , Naruto (is with Netflix India) , Naruto Shippuden & Boruto is with Crunchyroll India - have to watch with ads with restriction on new episode on Boruto or other limited series available there .Bilibili Asia has added big Shounen animes!!

All Amazon Prime video India animes are owned by them..Earlier when I used to open HIDIVE, it used to say that it's not available in my country. But now when I open, it shows few anime.
Amazon Prime india have very few good anime. Any chance they will get more? They haven't added any new since last year.
In Asian region answer is no.. Now it's Muse monopoly in Asia.. So no-one is interested to compete.. Also Sentaifilmworks (owner of Hidive) stopped distributing shows to Prime Video. Now those Prime animes are also getting available on VRV and Hidive..
