Who has Dragon Ball Z streaming rights? My brother is looking for the episodes that aired around 2005 on Cartoon Network.

Yes sadly none of the OTT have bought DBZ rights for India & south east Asia . Even though True ID & iQIYI bought rights from Toei Animation (Directlt from Jap Anime studio) they only bought for Dragon Ball , Dragon ball Z & Dragon ball all movies (True ID -fr Thailand) & iQIYI has bought Dragon Ball Super for south east Asia.

When searching for Dragon Ball Z legal stream found Amazon Prime video US has DBZ rights till 5 seasons & Funimation in US has till 11 seasons. in here in India YouTube has random clips of DBZ episodes
