Yes. They give offer only when auto-renewal is turned off. Mine was turned off by Amazon themselves after the discontinuation of Youth Offer. Got lucky and renewed it for even cheaper than Youth Offer.

Chances are that they offered u the discount since your youth plan was cancelled and they may have wanted to retain you. Let's see if they offer the same discount to non youth accounts.
