It also not showing my another phone. Only showing on my own mobile phone.
I think this deal is showing who are paytm pro Max members.
In my Paytm there is showing that I am Pro Max member. My account is automatically convert in pro max

Thanks @sunnilkumar . I availed the offer. But I believe only 2 vouchers of 150 each can be added. I got this popup wherein it stated that I reached the maximum limit. (No option to add image from gallery)

i think only one voucher can redeem in amazon account but you can buy multiple vouchers from paytm
and use single-single vc code at different amazon accounts.
