But new rule says flipkart and amazon cannot sell from their own seller like Amazon runs Cloudtail India and Appario Retail, Flipkart has RetailNet and Omnitech Retail and also cannot launch exclusive product. So why will they give discount on 3rd party seller ?

They will form another company with new management and will do it as usual.
