Sad News Amazon fire TV servers are down

I called CC this morning to sort this out, they said they are aware of this issue and this is being faced countrywide. They are working to rectify it and will take some time. Furthermore If I want the solution immediately, they suggested to do factory reset from settings and my homescreen will be restored.
