  • An Amazon spokesperson said its policies haven’t changed and the blocking was in error, and its employees are now receiving “corrective training.”
  • Sellers of religious products, however, say the change is resultin in a direct sales loss.

Amazon on Monday announced that it will give $10,000 to those employees who Quit their job and start a business delivering Amazon packages.

Amazon says it will cover up to $10,000 in startup costs for employees who are accepted into the program and leave their jobs. The company says it will also pay them three months' worth of their salary.

Except Whole Foods employees, all other employees working at Amazon are eligible for this offer including warehouse workers who pack and ship packages.
