Too many streaming services are not good for us. But it is good to have local services to challenge corporates.

Bro,
Amazon & Netflix are foreign companies.
So its good to have our own streaming service.

But there is no good. Just like how Flipkart was bought, when the local service becomes a success, some foreign investor will buy it.

But this will increase piracy issue again. At least it has been decreased little bit because of Netflix, Prime Videos. People might show interest in paying to 1-2 OTT services but not every service right.

Once they start the services they might or might not offer it to people they don't like. If it's a big company they might start their own service too and other industries will follow them.

After a couple of years, each film industry might have 1-2 OTT services + Netflix and prime etc.

Let's make it 5 services roughly. Who will be ready to pay for all services? Instead of that, they will prefer to download from sites and watch it.

I like buy what you want services like YouTube. A movie @ ₹ 25/50/100 etc. A TV show at₹ 100 / 200 or something. Then no need to get locked up in multiple streaming services hassle.
