Discussion Airtel vs Jio - Which has better network coverage in your area?

Jio have terrible network in Karnataka, I was travelling and experienced worst coverage this week even in cities while airtel still had better connectivity

Ok bro I don't know how much Karnataka you explored i got seamless connectivity because of Jio.

Same other way round also was there until few weeks ago. Kerala situation is even worse than Bangalore. There VoLTE drops once every 2 hours. I got my mom ported out of Jio into Airtel Black..

Airtel is infinitely better, VoLTE is more reliable and available.

Seems Jio is loosing it's hand in South India and Airtel is grabbing attention.

I think Airtel 5G will be more superior than Jio 5G.

Why Banglore don't have a good mobile network? I was wondering that it only has worst Airport connectivity.

Very unlikely. Airtel will build upon current 4G stack while jio will have dedicated 5G infra

But Voice on 5G (VoNR) to other Telcos will be not an issue like initial times of 4G VoLTE

I have been super happy with Jio in Telangana or AP, but not sure why had issues in Karnataka. Maybe some work is happening for 5G.
