Similar issue happened with me as well. Contacted CC and they kept refreshing my account which didn't helped.
Internet stopped working when 3GB remaining. I'm 100% sure internet will start working as soon as my daily data balance restores. So, that extra 3GB is only for show 😂

@Sarkar bro why Airtel gives this fake data balance
It may be for airtel wifi data and not LTE data. SO you need to be in airtel wifi hotspot in airport or mall to use it. Mail to nodal officer and see what they says.

No bro, if you have Airtel Wi-Fi data then it is shown separately under Wifi Pack. This one is mobile data though unusable one.

This is how Wifi Pack shown:

I think you need to take that plan which is mentioned in 'Discover' to be a gold/platinum member.
Tapping on "Discover" takes me to Airtel Thanks FAQ page.
Btw, I'm using Rs. 249 2GB per day plan. I'm also getting Airtel TV premium.

I'll try another recharge plan once my current pack gets over.

@Abhinav842 Bro, Sarkar bro may be correct. It may be Airtel Night Plan. You need to use data at night to check. Or, you can contact CC to get info (Hope they have some correct answer).

Then what's that 20 GB 4G ? Airtel bringing back their night data plan i guess it was 3 am to 5 am in early 3G days named as Happy hours
Update: Airtel says 50 per cent data back offer and Happy Hours co-exist, users can have both
Btw, that article is from 2016. Almost 3 years old. I'm not sure if those offers still exist.

That's what i am telling, they are bring it back so to use that data we need to use data during that period from 3-5 am or at a particular time under new scheme. During other time of the day that data cannot be used. Of Course it's a guess :blush2:
