Seeking Help Airtel Postpaid Mobile Unbundle from Airtel Black Plan

1.Do we need to wait till Bill Cycle End date to Unbundle a Postpaid Connection (Rs.499) from an Airtel Black Plan? Bill cycle starts-10th May.

Using that Postpaid for 40 MBPS Internet and Landline.

2) Whether possible to Unbundle through Airtel Thanks App or have to go Airtel Store to Unbundle?

Possible to unbundle from Airtel Thanks app.

Select Services -> open Manage Services. Under Combined Services click on Edit button, deselect the services and click on Proceed with Changes.
