Airtel, Idea/Vodafone, Jio all have bank licence so they will open it for sure when we verify aadhaar by placing thumb. If someone son't want then switch to Rcom/Aircel or BSNL/MTNL as they don't have bank licence.

b/w my mothers sim got the msg to link aadhar which was taken back in 2006.
my number didn't received any msg which took in 2009
