Sai bro when upgrade my Airtel SIM in Airtel express store they also asked me to pay Rs 30 each for 3 SIMs. I paid total Rs 90. Also their behavior was very rude like Pay Rs 90 and upgrade or leave the store. Don't know why they are calling it free upgrade .

Where as in Vodafone Showroom upgrade was also very fast and people are very polite there. Airtel should learn from Voda about how to behave with customers :dodgy

I remember i had upgraded my airtel SIM to 4G last year for only Rs.10 from 3G SIM... They got extra 20x3 = 60 Rs. from you

I Did that for free..  Just went into a store, asked for a sim, they asked for my number and I took the sim and walked out!
