Bharti Airtel on Tuesday launched its 4G services in the Lakshadweep Islands and said that 4G services will be gradually expanded to other parts of the islands.
Airtel’s 4G services will enable local residents to enjoy digital services like HD quality video streaming, superfast downloads and uploads, high speeds internet browsing on Airtel’s 4G network.

Airtel is first operator to launch 4G services in Lakshadweep Islands.
Airtel was also the first private service provider to introduce mobile services in Lakshadweep in April 2008.
