Breaking Airtel launches 349 and 399 Postpaid Plans

Airtel has added 2 Postpaid Plans Rs. 349 and Rs. 399. The Rs. 349 postpaid plan is exclusive to Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, Delhi/ NCR, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, while the Rs. 399 plan is for rest of circles.

Rs. 349 postpaid plan gives 5GB data, unlimited local, STD, and roaming calls, and 100 SMS messages per day along with Airtel Thanks benefits.

Rs. 399 postpaid plan, gives 40GB data with data rollover, unlimited local, STD, and roaming calls, and 100 SMS messages per day along with Airtel Thanks Benefits.

Obviously I am missing something regarding these postpaid plans because I can see the same or more benefits in prepaid for 140/month in the 1699 recharge?
