You have to surrender existing and take a new one in black plan 699, they will provide within 2 days.

Bro just now I spoke to airtel customer support. They said IPTV will be provide only for new customers not for existing customers.

Thats why you need to surrender existing connection and apply new connection in black plans.

Yesterday I called cc ,he told me that for new connection I will have to surrender the current wifi and dth and apply for new connection.

CC is right. This was also discussed in our forum. Currently, Airtel has no provision to upgrade existing subscribers DTH STB into IPTV STB. So they are suggesting to surrender the current connection and take new connection for IPTV.

Airtel can upgrade existing DTH users to iptv later, once sufficient stock of iptv STBs.
