I’m seeing frequent disconnections between jio remote and tv and/or stb, so quality is debatable

This problem was happening with my Jio remote when the battery level was low. I changed the battery to Duracell Ultra cells and now it's working without any issue.

Like I mentioned previously, IPTV was widely rolled out in many cities/states on 19th Feb. As per my check, now cities including Amethi, Amreli, Amritsar, Baraut, Chandigarh and many more listed. Not only that, it's now available in various small cities also.

I am expecting our members to get the product hands on soon.

Small cities in Punjab, Haryana & HP are already visible in Black plans from 14-Feb.

I have applied for new connection as they are not giving on existing fiber connection. As this (Iptv) is only on Black plan so right now you have to surrender you existing fiber I don't know about existing airfiber but for fiber(normal not black) you can't get iptv on your existing fiber and so you to apply for new Black plan this is what Airtel Gallery person told.

if you go for vacation for example to your farm house or village then you can take your box along with and give airtel mobile hotspot and you can watch any channel so no need to take new connection for few days stay.

I have a question about this, considering you are among the first users to get Airtel IPTV, you should be able to check. Have you checked whether the IPTV STB is working on Airtel mobile 4G/5G hotspot or giving some error?

Yes it's working only on Airtel network which can be fiber or mobile hotspot till now and if you connect to any other like jio 5g or voda 5g or jio airfiber or normal fiber connection it's give error (it's seem you are not on airtel network) so they want we latch on to airtel network and even airfiber work on airtel 5g sim which is also mobile technology unless and until airtel come up with some upgrade and lock the iptv with airfiber number or router then can't say? I didn't tried on 4g airtel sim tonight I will check that also and let you know
