Airtel broadband service - worst in Bangalore

If you're in Bangalore, request not to take airtel services (DTH,Wifi )
They offer poor poor services and the customer care service is just pathetic
If u want to waste your time , efforts then for sure go ahead with this because they are going to press on your nerves every day.

If possible try to send dm to airtel team, they will try to resolve within 2 days, if not send email to below mentioned email,

If you are in Bangalore Airtel Customer Service sucks but as long as there are no issues the connection is rock solid. The pings are good and stabe both within India and international.

The problem is if some cable cut happens they won't fix it no matter how much you complaint. Best way is to complaint and get Manager on call. Supervisor can call the manager. Only manager can actually fix issues. Supervisor and normal customer support just raise tickets which will never get resolved.

When getting connection make sure to get Nokia or ZTE ONT as everything else is bad. If you get some other ONT best to get your own router and put the ONT in bridge mode.
