Sad News New Airtel Black (Fiber + IPTV) connection turned into a nightmare due to sales person mistake

Got my fiber+iptv connection today

Installation process was smooth
I opted for 699 plan.

@Bapun bro how to claim airtel xstream app and hotstar benifits? I am unable to find those benifits in airtel thanks benifits on app.

Firstly, many congratulations on getting the connection with the currently best available Airtel ONT. 🤩 💐

To claim OTTs, follow these steps: On the app home screen, open sidebar, click on rewards & otts. Then navigate to claim otts & more.

Found the culprit

The installation guy ruined everything while giving connection

Sales person by mistake created 2 service request on behalf of my name.

So he said he will cancel one extra request
And afterwards he cancelled orginal service request where i did payment also 😅🤣

So he cancelled original request by mistake and given me connection of fiber and iptv without track ( without service request) so thats why both fiber and iptv not considered as black service request and considered as seperately taken requests

So now i need to add both existing connections as black plan to claim xstream and hotstar benifits but my current service request is still in progress and not closed so i am unable to login on airtel black website also 🤣 so until my previous request is marked as complete i am stuck with using fiber and iptv as seperate services

Both sales person and installation engineer are morons

First of all sales person created 2 requests and installation guy cancelled original service request of my payment.

Luckily they provided enough balance in both services
2000 rs in iptv account and 1480 rs in fibre account
While i just paid 2500 rs in advance
