Good News Airtel Black Rs. 399/- plan with 10 Mbps speed + IPTV

I recently installed Airtel Black 399 Plan IPTV Pack with 10mbps internet plan at my home, and now I want to only keep the 10 mbps internet plan and surrender the IPTV, is it possible? Customer care is telling you cannot do that with 399 plan

Bro can you please share me confirmation if you can change your IPTV DTH Hindi pack to Odia Pack , Please share any screenshots of the Odia Pack !

1. Open Airtel Thanks App
2. Click Manage DTH
3. Simply Check if Odia Pack is there for 399 BB+IPTV Airtel Black Plan
4. If possible please share some screenshots

When I applied for new connection and contacted directly to the Airtel agent he said onboarding for 399 plan is not happening since Jun 18 , 2025. And sent me this SS , Lol should I take the risk and buy 599/m fiber plan and then downgrade to 399/m after a month !
