Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card

Hi, recently got my airtel axis mastercard credit card.

I have tried paying my bill multiple times with this cc on the thanks app. But it's failing every time. My cc is working. I have made a transaction on Swiggy, and works fine.

In Airtel app, it won't let me go to the payment gateway.

I also have the same exact issue, I got my card a month ago. I tried with my family member's airtel thanks app and it worked there.

Now Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card can be converted from Visa/Mastercard to RuPay variant by simply calling to the Axis Bank customer care. They are allowing to upgrade the card now.

A new credit card account will be created and the existing variant card will be closed.

Additional benefit of RuPay variant card over other variants:
RuPay variant card provides 1% unlimited cashback on UPI payments. Minimum transaction amount should be Rs. 100

Today, I upgraded my card to the RuPay variant by calling the Axis Bank toll-free customer care number.

The old card disappeared from the Axis mobile app afterwards, and the new RuPay variant card is now visible on the app.
