  • Autopay facility can be enabled for prepaid users and their added accounts on credit cards and select debit cards.
  • The recharge amount will be debited from the customer account earliest at 3 days before the expiry period. Customer will be informed regarding the same through SMS
  • Recharge Pack benefit will be started after the customers’ accretive bundle pack expires.
  • If a customer has recharged for any plan through retailer or any any other mode, even after registering for autopay, the next recharge debit date will be automatically shifted to reflect the new expiry period.
  • Customer can disable autopay from services payment settings on the airtel app.
  • Only customer who has enabled the autopay service may edit or disable the same.
  • In case the subscribed prepaid product is changed or discontinued, the autopay subscription will be paused and customer will be requested to provide consent again
