Oh, same throttling effect I felt in Bangalore like when a particular time comes in throttling gets aggressive. Maybe my airtel number or SIM is throttled and capped ?

I thought this was a network bug from Jio.lol
I think this problem is severe in airtel, Jio manages it somewhat. Itseems morning and evening this phenomenon happens, that's why airtel b40 suffers a lot.
