Seems 5G download speed has improved at my location, upload speed is still slow

For uploads they will use 4G layer. That's why uploads are less. Also, NSA is the reason for lower uploads. SA network can give 100Mbps uploads easily. Also, technical people are saying both Airtel and Jio limits upload speeds even on FDD bands. Once Jio/Airtel makes band 3 20Mhz in most circles, upload will be better. Those won't be used for downloading speeds. N40/78 dedicated for downloading. N3 for Uploading and N5/28 for voice calls.

Even Airtel 4G is hit and miss in my area. I was surprised when i got 5G last week. Only JIo and Vi are good here

After everyone starts using it, how much less speeds we will get. 5G is bringing nothing to the table to be honest.
