I'm using 40 mbps fiber, No buffering when any HD channel is playing, but SD channels are not upto mark, SD channels paying in Youtube are good quality compare to this iptv.

Can you pls check what speeds you get on Ookla speed test app when you are playing a 4K HDR video on youtube simentaniously ???
Also check the same process when you are watching a HD channel on IPTV ???

26 mbps, while playing 4k hdr and 32 mbps when playing HD channels.
