What is the procedure to disconnect BSNL FTTH + Landline connection ???
We are in 2025 and the BSNL official website still has no documentation on how to surrender their connection is very disappointing. What is the procedure to disconnect BSNL FTTH + Landline connection ???
Yes, you can reapply for a new connection after disconnection. Is it possible say to opt for a new FTTH connection if a consumer already has an old disconnected FTTH setup ?
Meaning BSNL just has to issue a new account no/landline no to an existing setup from their end and activate it.
Thanks Bro.Yes, you can reapply for a new connection after disconnection.
If the existing landline number hasn't been allotted to another person, you can get the same landline number too. I am saying this based on my personal experience where I have got the same landline number twice with two different connections. However, we need to visit the telephone exchange for it.
Yes, it should be free of cost. Because you have the setup already. But depends on the vendor (LCO) too. If he wants/demands money then no other way than paying some kharcha paani. Will there be any reactivation charges ??? I feel no installation charges will be taken if there is alreay an installed setup.
