Airtel awards 5G FWA, Wi-Fi 6 deal to Nokia, Qualcomm​

As part of the arrangement, Nokia will supply Airtel with its 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) outdoor gateway receiver and Wi-Fi 6 Access Point, utilizing Qualcomm® Modem-RF and Wi-Fi 6 chipsets.

This initiative will enable Airtel to provide superior broadband services in areas where fiber connectivity is either scarce or challenging to implement. The deployment of fixed wireless broadband access via 5G networks stands out as a significant application of 5G technology, especially in India, which faces low fiber penetration and a high demand for digital services.

For this month I feel my bill has increased or rather to say benefit has reduced...

My total bill came out as ₹860.13
Internet bill is ₹488.52 but dth bill is ₹371.61 which I feel is more ...what I think ₹350 benefit includes the ncf fee also... earlier I remember @Ashok Varma said it's ₹413 including ncf.

Actual DTH benefit will be 350+GST(Rs.413/-), So excess amount of 35/- (30+GST) might be extra usage of DTH(channels+ncf).

It is Rs.350/- , Rs.413/- is including GST

You have not exceed DTH money of Rs.350/-, so you should contact customer care for this billing issue. Final bill is Rs.825/- for 40mbps and Rs.707/- for 30mbps

Thanks...after some struggle, I connected to black RM, they acknowledged the error and said will refund ₹35

For dth he said ₹350+ gst=₹413
Iptv he said soon we will provide to old customers too and will update them through sms when available
