But why bro...i had read that bcci ALSO doesnt use it bcoz its costly with hotspot mainly...if other boards can use then why not bbci being richest of all...what is the main reason behind it bro???

I don't know that main reason but one reason is that UDRS is not foolproof.
We saw it in the Ashes 2013 which took place in England

The main reason for BCCI opposing UDRS is the following:-
Srinivasan said the BCCI had no objection to Snickometer or Hot Spot, but was not convinced about the accuracy of Hawk Eye, which is one of the technological aids used in the DRS.

"The Hawk-Eye is yet to convince us. This is a technology that deals with the projection, trajectory and angle of the ball. And from where the cameras are placed, it cannot give a foolproof solution.
