Under the new scheduling India will host a T20 world cup in 2021, Australia will host the event in 2022 and then again India will host the 50 over world cup in 2023.

it will not impact anything .
Australia have already low cases. T20 WC have been intentionally postponed by pressure from BCCI just to accomodate IPL. In return, India will tour Australia for bilateral series.
