They still have better options. If you want early delivery, then pay more. That is automatically reducing instant orders.

They also provide free instant delivery with swiggy one membership. So subscribers, tend to use this option of instant delivery even they aren't in urgent need becuase they paid for membership (unless they are aware of the hardships and troubles of delivery guy in this)
