You need to cultivate and nurture industries to create jobs. That's not done by harassing businesses for minor non compliances and sometimes just for vendetta.Additionally, the red tape ensures that foreign investors think twice before investing in india. There were so many industries who during US China trade war wanted a second manufacturing hub in Asia and due to slow progress and unfavorable terms offered by Indian govt. shifted to Vietnam.A prime example of industry troubled by govt. is Aviation industry. In a country like India with gigantic population the aviation sector should have been a lucrative business but thanks to successive govt.'s believing that air travel is only for rich, they were not helped and ultimately failed.OFF TOPIC This is sad truth. The problem is too deep. I was reading somewhere 2% of education linked jobs in India are there are present. The services sector is suffering due to wars etc and less spend by organizations'. The white collar jobs are few and far in between and not available as per our population explosion. The blue collar jobs and most others are only engaged in agriculture with no disposal income in their hand. and the low per capita income to majority of the population. The cycle is vicious and we cannot completely blame the government, The capex spent by government is also now controlled and with 87% public debt of the gross domestic product, the private sectors is only in wait and watch. The internship scheme and some action was induced after losses in UP but would take time to actually see the result. Coming to topic and thats why at least a basic income is available due to such incentives by these companies like swiggy, zomato , blistro etc,
Again i am not trying to demean the delivery partner job but this is something which was organic and govt. had no role and they will only there to milk them till they crumble.
