Seeking Help How to ask Airtel for a router replacement?

As posted earlier, I got a new fibre connection yesterday & was given a Gx router. I had good experience with signal, speed etc with a ZTE F670L from another connection but the Gx/Genexis router is garbage in all terms & totally unusable.

I want to change it but not sure how to. I've contacted the installation guy but he said that Gx is all they have in stock & they've not received ZTE stock in over a year. I don't know if anything better than ZTE exists but that's what I'm aiming for, for now.

Can someone help me resolve this if you've similar experience?
1. Which brand is good to ask for a replacement? ZTE or any other?
2. Whom to contact, how to contact & what to say to get a replacement?

I don't plan on using bridge mode with my router or any serious custom settings (unless it's the last resort) other than having multiple SSIDs.

Airtel is testing Standalone (SA) 5G service using its existing 4G spectrum

With the growing demand of 5G services, and more subscribers upgrading their 4G devices to 5G, Airtel has decided to refarm some of its mid-band spectrum for 5G use. Airtel currently holds mid-band spectrum in 1800/2100/2300 MHz bands and most of it is being used for 4G service. Now some of these airwaves will be refarmed to offer standalone 5G service.

For the unaware, Airtel currently has a non standalone (NSA) 5G network which is based on a 4G core network. Standalone (SA) 5G network is based on a 5G core with no dependency on 4G network and can even offer voice service on VoNR platform, Jio currently has a fully standalone 5G network. Airtel has decided to run both SA and NSA 5G simultaneously so that users can get service as per their dynamic requirements.
