Using this platform to share my Jio Postpaid Security deposit refund experience:

I have been with Jio Postpaid since postpaid Launch, and recently ported to Airtel due to service issue. I called up Customer care for the processing of security Deposit refund and they told that it is an automated process and will be completed by 20 days. According to the agent, after 20 days I will be getting a link where I need to update the Bank Account details. Once done, refund will be processed in 10 days. I waited for 25 days, called up and they told it is automated process, so should be receiving the link.

Nothing happened, and rang them again after few days, got the same reply. I then kept quiet for 2 months, and today sent an email asking for status, and further escalation. Within 4 hours I got the Link and updated the bank details. Refund is supposed to be processed in 10 days, which I still need to see.

Just wondering how much money these people will be earning by customers not doing the follow-up for Security deposit.

I urge we should be doing the follow up and get our money back. If any of our friends who has a the experience please share.

Bro's bought tataplay fiber connection 3 months new connection @Rs.3186 include of all taxes,

They told we will charged for 150 mbps speed,but will given 200 mbps speed, but only 1 issue in my apartment, in dth,broadband,fiber, only 1 connection provision available, so they used jio cable for tataplay connection, given tataplay fiber cable to me, need to fix with electrician, if electrician not fix inform me, i will arrange one friend, later he called to lco owner, they told sir, once this 3 months expired, inform me, i will provide you 1 month free pack, btw jio validity expire on 25th nov, technician told we will arrange for u, most of jio users move to tataplay fiber due to connectivity issue, we had done many connection in jio cable only sir, if first connection no issue, we will provide new cable because dummy cable available sir
