I booked jio Airfiber but when engineer came he told me that they don't have dp box in my building so he can't install. Has anyone come across any such incidence.

Do we have to return Jio STB after disconnecting the connection? If yes, do they take it right away or we have to give it to them? How long can we keep JioSTB after disconnection?
